Lost and stolen cards

Replace your debit card

If you have misplaced your card or suspect it may be stolen, call our toll free number right away. Our 24/7 service will lock your card and protect you from any fraud. Your local branch will contact you on the next business day to order a replacement card and confirm transactions if necessary.

Replace your credit card

Please call Collabria at 1.855.341.4643 immediately to report your lost card. Collabria’s cardholder service team will disable the card, limiting unauthorized spending. To better assist them in servicing your account, please be ready with any details of where and when your card was lost/stolen and the last authorized transaction on the card.

Staying on top of your monthly statements and changing up your card pins at least twice a year are just some of the ways you can protect yourself from fraud.
