Current committees
Seven different committees help to support our community- based banking. As a member, you can be part of these important committees by becoming a director or reaching out to your local branch to ask about our community support committees.
Audit
They are the liaison between both the External and Internal Auditors and the Board.

Community Support – the Hazeltons’
Their purpose is to benefit the community by supporting local groups and organizations.

Community Support – Houston & District
Their purpose is to benefit the community by supporting local groups and organizations.

Community Support – Lakes District

Conduct Review
Responsible for ensuring written procedures protect our membership.

Corporate Governance
Ensures that the Board of Directors provides effective governance of the Credit Union.
Members: Dan Boissevain, Wendy Hunt, Bill Miller, Tom Havard
Executive Committee
Have been delegated all authority between Board meetings.

Investment & Lending
Ensures procedures are in place to implement Investment and Lending policies.

Nomination
Receives nominations. Identifies and nominates qualified and committed candidates for Board of Director positions.
