Our second winner for the BVCU Legacy Grant is Cycle 16 Society for the Smithers region!

Cycle 16 is working towards building a paved path, separate from the highway, linking Telkwa, Smithers and rural areas, for the benefit and enjoyment of locals and visitors. The $20,000 will be put towards completing Phase 1 that begins at Bulkley River bridge by the Riverside Par 3 and RV Park and ends at Laidlaw Rd.
