Introducing our New Call Centre! 

We are so excited to share the news! Some of the current staff at our Smithers Branch are now working out of our brand new Call Centre located on the second floor! Those customer service experts are there to serve you Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You can access the Call Centre by simply doing what you already do! 

Call 250-847-3255 or our toll free number 1-877-847-2828. If you are looking for help outside of regular branch hours, call the toll free number or your direct branch number and you will automatically be directed to one of our Call Centre staff.
