Houston Community Services Association helps so many people. Bulkley Valley Credit Union was thrilled to donate to this amazing association. They will be using these funds towards the cost of various programs that support families in having a safe and happy holiday season. Thank you for all that you do!
Ski trails for everyone to enjoy
Hazelton Cross Country Ski Society was a recipient of one of our $20,000 Legacy Grants. They aim to use these funds to upgrade and create new ski trails for everyone to enjoy. They also want to connect with youth groups like Spirit North and teach kids how to ski.
Paved paths linking communities
Cycle 16 was a recipient of one of our $20,000 Legacy Grants! They are working towards building a paved path linking Telkwa, Smithers and rural areas for locals and visitors. They will be using these funds toward completing Phase 1 of their project.
Keeping everyone safer
Houston Search and Rescue was a recipient of one of our $20,000 Legacy Grants. They will be using these funds towards purchasing a 4-wheel drive crew cab to move equipment and volunteers during Search and Rescue efforts.
Supporting the arts
Lakes District Film Appreciation Society was a recipient of one of our $20,000 Legacy Grants. They will be using these funds to go towards completing the roof replacement project for the Beacon Theatre so they can host the public once again.
